Fiesta Sahuarita is our largest signature event of the year where we celebrate the rich culture of southern Arizona with food, music, and kids activities.
Stars & Stripes draws families from across the region to Sahuarita for water play, music, and fireworks!
Spooktacular is our fun and safe trunk-or-treat event where community organizations come together to give away over 205,500 pieces of candy.
Winterfest is our annual town holiday celebration complete with hot cocoa, local shopping, light displays, and our drone show.

Additional sponsorship opportunities are available for 24 other special events. This offers the sponsor a more hands-on and interactive opportunity!

Need to Know Info
As a sponsor or vendor, you will need to secure permits and complete registration to participate fully in events.
Please reach out with any questions you may have!
Sponsors must complete sponsor registration to kick off the partnership.
Sponsors and vendors must obtain a Parks Use Permit (Annual and Limited Use options available) in order to vend at any Town of Sahuarita Park. The fee will be waived!
Sponsors and vendors MUST register for an event booth on our website for events during the registration period.
